This digital radicalization directly translates into operational field threats, as demonstrated by the disruption of an AQIS/ Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind cell responsible for the November 2025 Delhi Red Fort VBIED attack, which involved radicalized medical professionals. This threat persists in the militant jihadi landscapes of Kashmiri insurgency and the emergence of hybrid facade groups such as The Resistance Front and the People’s Anti-Fascist Front, which mask legacy Pakistan-based networks and advance a sectarian, Islamist jihadi project.
