Mobius report 62/2025 – Improvised Scatterable AP Mines in Ukraine – Progression

In recent months, there has been an increase in the documentation of small, improvised anti-personnel mines scattered using drones. These  small, improvised mines are of both of Ukrainian and Russian production.

This report serves as a continuation of Möbius report “Miniature Scatterable Improvised AP Mines, Ukraine,” ref. 19/2025, published in March 2025.
