The app is recommended by the channel’s author as a tool that includes all the basic features needed for safe communication. Additionally, the author posted an instructional video explaining how to set up an account in Blabber.im app – a Jabber/XMPP client. Both apps can be easily and successfully utilized by jihadi sympathizers for secure online discourse.
